A Suitable Dive Watch For Women

Most of the female divers I dive with do not really mind about the look of traditional dive watches as long as they get the job done when underwater. I, for one, would not mind a classy, feminine-looking dive watch designed for women who love to dive.

I have been on a few dives ever since I was certified a few years back and I have used a lot of timepieces to know by now what looks dull and what looks exciting. However, before we go any further, if you are seriously thinking about scuba diving then the looks and appearance of your dive watch should be the last thing on your mind. There are many, many factors and features you must take into consideration when looking for a reliable dive watch and if you can get a stylish-looking one then that?s a real bonus.

Okay now with that out of the way, there are heaps of stylish looking dive watches available but I have hardly ever seen one that really suits female divers.

That was until I came across a fabulous Citizen dive watch which I had never even heard of before. To be honest, it isn?t all that bedazzling and shiny, and you certainly can?t wear it out to formal parties but it looks good on us female divers and, more importantly, it has the necessary features and requirements of a standard dive watch.

Not Your Average Women?s Diving Watch

The Citizen EP6000-07H dive watch is proof that underrated dive watches do exist. This Citizen Professional Diver doesn?t get as much hype and attention as its Citizen Promaster and Citizen Aqualand counterparts, based on its abilities, and that is a real shame. I am going to highlight a few key features of this watch to help you understand why I consider it to be reliable.

Firstly, this watch features Citizen?s renowned Eco-Drive technology meaning that it will never require batteries to operate. This is convenient because not only do you save on battery replacement expenses, your watch will never die during your dives. Sometimes, that could mean the difference between life and death especially during deep dives with equipment.

Secondly, the EP6000-07H is water resistant to 300m, or 999ft.. Knowing that it can go that deep is a good way of knowing just how durable your watch really is. And, lastly, the case of the watch is 32mm thick. This really complements the water resistance because you will obviously need a thick case to prevent water from seeping into the watch during dives.

Conclusion

I think this is a suitable dive watch that looks really good on a woman?s wrist but, more importantly, it has the features necessary to provide you with a safe dive.
